LUBBOCK, Texas — Lubbock Power and Light’s outage map showed more than 1,500 customers impacted by outages on Thursday morning. It later dropped to less than a dozen.

“There is a line down at 58th and Utica,” LP&L told EverythingLubbock.com.“Crews are onsite repairing damaged equipment in order to re-energize the line and restore power to all affected customers.”

A hearing was held at Lubbock County Municipal Court on June 28 in regards to a central Lubbock woman being mauled by five dogs owned by her neighbors in her own home and suffering severe injuries.
