@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@slkbeauty2019 @PostOffice We cannot reprint receipts, once a customer has left the counter the information e.g tracking numbers is gone from out system. We don't store tracking numbers.

@angry_corner Hi. We're not aware of any reason why the PO wouldn't accept an international item, it's only Tracked 24/48 items that can't be posted there. Hopefully @PostOffice can shed some light on the issue. In the meantime, you can post any item type at your local RM delivery officeOscar

@PostOffice @slkbeauty2019 Records of standard mail items are not stored on post office equipment. We have never bern able to reproduce a receipt at a later date not even for police! Its the customers responsibility to ensure they have them and keep them safe incase they need them for a claim!

@PostOffice It's to late now your staff at the PO failed to help me activate it I had to go on holiday without it ,had to use my debit card being charged 4euros every time I used it , typical private company no interest in customers just sell sell sell to feed the shareholders.
