@WynnThornton @Xfinity We had a terrible time earlier this year. Fortunately, @Xfinity came for free, and we got Andrew. He said it was constantly cycling and shutting off and he restrung the wires. Also, we bought a new modem so we don’t have to pay for it anymore. We were thankful to Andrew!

@PlayerEssence I just got @ATT fiber in my neighborhood. They use to top out at 50 mbps. @comcast was so trash I just put up with ATT slow speeds. Hopefully new fiber service is the answer here. Not encouraged by your experience.

Stream officially cancelled tonight. It's been over two hours of dealing with their @XfinitySupport team, with 20 minute wait times between responses, and the last guy telling me that uploads so slow that it registered as an error on their own speed test was good.@Xfinity

@Xfinity your customer service sucks. On the phone for 2 hours and was directed to use the online chat. After an hour of getting transferred back and forth, I spoke to a manager who told me they couldn’t help me. 🙄

@Xfinity When I was relocated for work I sold my house and of course, disconnected my service. When disconnecting my service, I was assured my email address would not be affected. I was relieved when I was told, “we don’t do that anymore”.

@survivetheark @PlayStation @comcast I’m going to keep posting until you fix your ****. We are now up to 50 times crashing in less than 2 months. If it’s too much of a problem then the 3 of you can get together and refund the roughly $6k we’ve invested in the 3 of you.

@karaswisher @GetSpectrum Really? Xfinity customer here who helped set up my son’s @GetSpectrum in Ithaca NY and it was not only simple, but almost half the cost of our Comcast/Xfinity service in NJ. I told him I had internet service envy!

@Xfinity Basically because I have two business accounts and one home account I asked support if I they could grant me a higher upload limit. Current is 20 mbps and I actually only get about 6 mbps in practice. Xfinity ambassador promised that because I’m loyal and valuable (cont.)
