My dealings with @Comcast @Xfinity A thread...9 months ago I moved into this house with xfinity/Comcast assuring me they could service my new address. The tech turns up (who’s usually a business installation guy) and tells me the tap is over half a mile away....

My dealings with @Xfinity / @comcast A thread*In May of 2020 we moved house. We’d been in our previous address for almost 2 years and been a man Xfinity/Comcast customer the whole time. When we enquired about switching the service to the new address we were told “no problem”

Xfinity vs ATT Internet? I’ve had @ATT for a long time, but I just got off the phone with the absolute most **** customer service ever, & they can’t send someone to my new place until next Thursday. Xfinity costs more, but I can go pick up my stuff and self install instantly. Go.

@WynnThornton @Xfinity We had a terrible time earlier this year. Fortunately, @Xfinity came for free, and we got Andrew. He said it was constantly cycling and shutting off and he restrung the wires. Also, we bought a new modem so we don’t have to pay for it anymore. We were thankful to Andrew!

@PlayerEssence I just got @ATT fiber in my neighborhood. They use to top out at 50 mbps. @comcast was so trash I just put up with ATT slow speeds. Hopefully new fiber service is the answer here. Not encouraged by your experience.
