Redoing Questions, is it helpful?

I will be taking my Nclex again soon and I have completed 75% of all the questions, however I started redoing all my incorrect ones and also marked questions (as these were the hardest/unfamiliar ones). I have noticed that sometimes I recognize the questions and therefore remember the answers, is this a bad way to prep as it feels like I am cheating since i know some of the answers from memory.
So far, on my redone questions, I have been getting 70-80% on 40-50 random questions. I am just so nervous for the exam that i am suspicious if my percentage is good enough.

Any advice? how do you feel about redoing questions? Is it good that its in my memory or bad because I just know what to select.

thank you all, let's keep working hard! UWorld - Test Prep for USMLE, ABIM, ABFM, NCLEX, SAT, ACT & MCAT (1)

hi answering again the wrong ones will also help u because it will train your brain to retain information that will help u answering the tough questions in nclex that it will turn out to be easy peasy for you later on. dont be too concern with the percentage read again the rationale. good luck in your examUWorld - Test Prep for USMLE, ABIM, ABFM, NCLEX, SAT, ACT & MCAT (2)

I didn't make it through enough questions to even be able to redo questions so I can't speak to that lol However, I think its no different than when they happen to throw a question at you that is very similar to one you already answered, you're remembering the information you retained because of the other questions.

So I think just maybe when you redo them if you know you're recognizing them think to yourself do I know why this is right? And just keep on reading rationales regardless of right or wrong answers!

And hey I passed in 75 questions and only made it through like 600 questions, my average at the end was about 56% with my lasts couple of tests being around 60%. I'd say your percentage is surely good enough! You're gonna do great!

Hi thanks so much for your reply! Yes I am reviewing all the rationales and although I have some questions memorized, i noticed that its new information I gained while doing Uworld! I'm Trying hard to gain some confidence but i am scared as this is my second time taking it. I am only using Uworld as a resource along with my old Kaplan book for information.
If you dont mind me asking, what did you use before you took your exam? Only Uworld or other resources. Thank you so much! I really appreciate your kind words! I hope to pass this time!!

I used Hurst and U-world. Hurst only for content stuff. I did 2 Q-reviews but the second one I did after having done a lot of uworld questions already so I hated it and went back to just uworld. Hurst was good for me just because they explained so much content that I never understood in school. But uworld is what I used most as it got closer.

I had tons of resources I could've used but that stresses me out. So I just stuck with hurst and uworld.
