Beach access directly behind the property, large pool, and walking distance to gorceries and dining options.

Yes, it is old and a bit worn BUT it was very clean, rooms spacious and the beds comfortable. It could use a coat of paint, too. Its conveniently located right on the beach. Huge pool. Patio seating areas outside of every room. All around, a good value considering the area.

This motel is floridas go back to the good old days. Say the 60/70’s old fashioned and I’d say charming. One of the last icons. Clean. On the beach. Fantastic guy checked us in. I’d definitely stay again as it’s out of the huddle and bustle of the main public beach down the way.

The property is right on the beach, way closer than all the super swanky high-rise hotels surrounding it. It's a little rough around the edges, but, WOW, the location is just fabulous. Great for families!

This is a hidden gem. Quiet and right on the beach. Yes, the rooms are dated, but if you are ok to overlook that, it’s affordable and a great beachside location. Book a cabin or courtyard view.

The hotel is in a prime location but it is extremely run down. Very old and not updated. Clean but not comfortable. The only great thing is that it has direct beach access which is great.

Safe and friendly motel style resort on Key Biscayne in a very good location. The standard is basic, but you have what you need for a fraction of the cost of the other hotels on the island. Self catering with kitchen where microwave is the only option for heating food. 20 minutes walk to Winn-Dixie or a 24h 7-eleven for your supplies. While staying here do not miss walks on the beach, the lighthouse and Vizcaya Museum and Gardens going back off the island. I had no issue with the water temperature in the pool in january which is unusual for me, but wifi coverage could have been better around the pool.

TV didn't work. Called Front Desk, but it was never fixed.Bedroom floor lamp didn't work.

Great choice if you looking for a basic no-frills property with great location that is steps to the beach. Our double pool view room had a table and chairs with umbrella right outside our door. We did not use the pool. Our room could use an update to the front door (warped sticky with wobbly door knob) and dated teal bathroom counter (too bad it wasn't replaced when the kitchen was done).

They sold the parking lot to a corporate film shoot and insisted i park in an inconvinient location to accomdate there lack of coordinating

The floor in the unit should be replaced since it is stained in many places.

I only stayed 2 nights to avoid traffic for a festival.The hotel staff in the lobby was kind.First day of my stay, my room was cleaned while I was out. Would of liked to have prior knowledge of this before they came in. Was not given a sign to hang outside to not have my room turned over. Felt uncomfortable since I had valuables in the room and the room had no safe. The hotel is a bit older, gives off Miami motel vibes. Ample parking.My room came with 2 full beds and a small kitchenette. The bed I slept in was hard as a rock, pillows didn’t have much fluff to them. My bathroom, had a full shower, great water pressure however one of my water nobs fell during my stay, which is made it nearly impossible to turn on the hot water.Wall unit a/c worked great in my room, and it was on a running when I arrived.Didn’t have much time to check out other amenities, however did pass through to the beach, saw that there was a decent sized pool, with chairs, and an easy to get to walk way to the beach.

Property is very dated and old but if you want to get away from craziness of Miami and be right on the beach. It’s very reasonable. Had a kitchen, near restaurants and grocery store. Bill Baggs Cape State Park was nice and so was Crandon Park. Staff was nice.
