You need to have a Metro phone plan that has been active for 30+ days and live in an area where Home Internet is available. Home Internet eligibility is determined at the household level. Household eligibility is based off network capacity, which is expanding all the time, but can also change as more customers join Home Internet. Check availability.

What do I pay?
After your first month, pay $50/mo. when you sign up for AutoPay to receive a $5 monthly discount (or pay $55/mo. without AutoPay). Sales tax and regulatory fees are included in monthly plan price.
Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 14 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

What should I know about the network?
5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization.
