The attendant that checked me in was very thorough, professional and friendly with a smile. The wait was not long at all. The PA was very helpful and concerned about my condition. As we discussed an issue and determined that I needed her to sign some paperwork, when I returned about a half hour later with the paperwork, her nurse took it directly to her and I had signed paperwork and was out of the office in less than 5 minutes. I am/ was very impressed! I could not ask for more efficient, professional and sincere service. Thank you!!

I want to believe that my pain management doctors know what they're doing and what is best for my back. I'm sitting on a bag of ice trying to make it feel better, but it actually hurts to sit. I have had 2 epidurals, 1 back in Dec and another last month, plus sacroiliac injections and from a dif pain management doctor. more than anything, I want to be able to do the things i love, ex work in my yard and even some i don't love, work period! I just cant because its too painful.

It was a ok but the Dr was OK but he didn't want to hear about the last time when they put me to sleep to do a nerve burn u are supposed to be awake so you can tell the Dr witch nerve to burn now I am in so much pain I can't hardly bear the pain now

I walked up to the receptionist area and was greeted by the sweetest smile and a voice filled with merriment. The Receptionist treated everyone with the same warmth.
The nurse called me back and was efficient and attentive. When I related my situation with a new doctor appointment elsewhere, she quickly related it to Doctor Diadema Barefield.
Dr. D came in immediately with her usual smile and little giggle and said she would get me through as quickly as possible without excluding pertinent information. She did as promised and left in time to make my other appointment.

These people are very professional and I have to say I've never seen a great service so abused by patients/ customers. They didn't break or fold. From the front desk to the assistants from the back ,when I witnessed them being mistreated by customers,they were still... Patient,kind, and loving. They will get the best , because they deserve it. Dealing with everyone at the Crestview office is very good.
But the phone service needs a ninty percent improvement and they need to be more pleasant. When they tell someone to call back on a certain date they should be able to make the appointments.
